Terms of Service

Naetos is the trading name of NAETOS AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17309770, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By accessing or using the Naetos website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Naetos is currently in a closed pilot. Access to the Naetos platform is by invitation only. We may change, suspend or end access at any time, with reasonable notice where that is practicable.

Places in the founding cohort are offered at Naetos's sole discretion. The benefits of a place are only those set out in writing when it is offered, and they are personal to the business that accepts them.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Naetos platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

All intellectual property rights in this website and its content belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naetos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Naetos in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
