Your data rights and complaints

Use this form to exercise a data protection right, or to complain about how NAETOS AI LTD has handled your personal data. There is no fee and you do not have to give a reason.

What happens next. We acknowledge a complaint within 30 days beginning with the day we receive it, and answer a rights request within one month beginning with that day. A complex request may be extended by up to two further months, and we will tell you within the first month if that happens.

If we cannot tell who you are from what you send us, we may come back and ask for enough information to confirm your identity. Where that happens, the month runs from when we receive what we asked for.

We use what you send here only to handle your request, and we keep it as a record that we did. See our Privacy Policy.
